Slot CPUs where common in the Pentium II era. Outside of that era, the slot CPU is quite rare.
These CPUs are the only ones that are attached to a slot board. These boards have gold fingers, a CPU attached to the center of one side, and some cache memory chips. These CPUs are usually encased by aluminum and plastic housing, which should be removed. Please note that some boards, such as video cards, have CPUs attached, but are not part of this grade.
Slot CPUs are generally in a casing of plastic and aluminum which should be removed and sorted separately. The aluminum can be profitable if collected to larger quantities.
It is important that the CPUs be separated properly into the groups described in the price list, in order to receive full compensation.
