These boards come from harddrives. They are very densely populated with components, and generally have a thick board. On one side there is a strip with pins and connectors, where the harddrive is connected to the computer. Make sure to separate out disk drive boards, they have a considerably lower value and can generally be identified by their lower component population, their larger size, and occasionally by their brown/beige underside.
Remove these from harddrives by removing screws attaching them to the harddrive.
A minimum of 50 lbs is needed.
